Supervision: Roadmap states Advanced Practitioner, Consultant Practitioner or GP who has completed 2 day PC supervisor training.
Once Stage 2 is completed (maximum one year based on min employment 1 session per work). The portfolios are verified in Primary Care – the practitioner can apply for inclusion on directory at HEE Centre for Advancing Practice as FCP.
Now and FCP – can work as FCP independently and with option to continue building evidence toward Advanced Clinical Practice.
