What is mentorship?

Mentoring is a relationship established between two people with the shared goal of facilitating personal and professional development for the person being mentored.

Typically, the mentor is an experienced professional person chosen to share knowledge, experience and advice with a less experienced person, the mentee.

It is a two-way process in which mentor and mentee work together to set and achieve predetermined goals and objectives.

If you are looking to join RCPod's membership platform and be linked with a mentor/mentee today, visit our mentoring pages.
